Q: Can I sell or donate summer clothing during the winter (or vise versa)?

A: No. We only consign items that are in season. We accept summer clothing during the months of April to August. However, we do accept donations of all items thorughout the entire year.

Q: What if all of my items are not sold at Sweet Child of mine? 

A: Most clothing/items stay on our racks until they are sold. After six months however, we do reserve the right potentially to ask you to take your items back if they have not sold.

Q: What happens to my winter items during the summer and my summer items during the winter?

A: We do take our shorts and tank tops down during the winter selling months (August to April). We also take our winter jackets, snow pants, boots, hats, and mittens down during the summer selling months (April to August). If your seasonal items do not sell during the season, they will be stored with us until the following season unless you request them back. We do keep short sleeve shirts, long sleeve shirts, jeans, sweatpants, leggings, and short & long sleeve dresses out year-round.

Q: Do I price and tag my consignment items?

A: No. If you chose to consign items with us, we reserve the right to decide the selling price. We will tag your items with the correct price when you bring them in.

Q: What items can I consign? 

A: You can consign all children's related items. This may include but not limited to children's clothing, shoes, jackets, toys, books, games, blankets, carseat covers, baby equipment, hats, and maternity clothing.

Q: Are there any items you do not accept? 

A: We do not sell used children's underwear. We also do not accept clothing with stains, holes, rips, or tears or excessive amounts of pet hair. Please call us if you are unsure if we will accept an item.

Q: How much do I earn if I consign my items through Sweet Child of Mine 

A: You earn 50% of the profit.

Q: How will I be notified that my items have sold? 

A: We will notify you via text message or a phone call, (or both if preferred) at the end of each month to let you know how much money in merchandise you have sold and how much credit of that you will receive.

A: You can check your balance online using the following steps:
