Sweet Child of Mine is your local Consignment Store for buying and selling second-hand goods. We appreciate our customers and want to give you the best service that we can provide. Part of that is sharing our store information. Check out some frequently asked questions about our operations and products.
Q: Can I sell or donate summer clothing during the winter (or vise versa)?
A: No. We only consign items that are in season. We accept summer clothing during the months of April to August. However, we do accept donations of all items thorughout the entire year.
Q: What if all of my items are not sold at Sweet Child of mine?
A: After your clothing has been on our racks for 6 months, you can choose to take the remaining items home or donate the rest.
Q: Are there any items you do not accept or sell?
A: We do not sell used children's underwear. We also do not buy clothing with stains, holes, rips, or tears.
Q: How much do I earn if I consign my items through Sweet Child of Mine
A: You earn 50% of the profit.
Q: How will I be notified that my items have sold?
A: We will notify you via text message, email, (or both if preferred) once you have sold $25 (or close to it) worth of merchandise. If you did not consign $25 worth of items, we will notify you when all of your items have been sold.
